Help a child!

Our program of child sponsor is mainly aimed at orphans, children of single mothers or belonging to disadvantaged family; above all to enable the minors supported to access the scholastic education.

We directly follow the progress of the supported children and assist them in economic, moral and ethic area; offering assistance that goes further than the material help. We aim to solve the issues that involve the children, assisting and lifting them up from the hardships, advancing toward financial and moral stability.

We offer a 360 degree support, because the problems in poverty are always connected to difficulties of other kind; our goal is to offer safeguard and shelter securing the growth of the child in the best achievable environment.

Those interested in helping the children have to make a moral commitment because once the program is started the expenses are budgeted in consideration of the pledged help, especially regarding the scholastic and living expenses, consequently we try not to suspend the program till the moment of the effective solution of the need of the recipient; we discourage the interruption of the support except for important reasons, in doing so, another supporter takes place.

If the help is offered for a limited period we assign it to the most needed cases temporarily in additional help for a limited time, based on the demand or emergency, as ulterior support.

Once the child sponsorship initiates, eventually both parties will be in contact; we will provide pictures and child information and updates on legal, personal and family conditions.

Every child sponsored has a single donor. You can sponsor also a family with few children or a small community with needy children; the sponsorship can be done by individuals, families, group of people, companies, etc.

Nicoleta

Having donated food to a soup kitchen where they helped many poor families; the cook in charge of the center, being aware of our sponsorship program for minors, suggested we help a lady who badly needed help for her children, and here we met Veronica that every day at lunch time would appear with her pots to get the food, donated to her and her 10 years old son Nicusor. Veronica told us that she has been a widow for the past few years and informed us that the eldest son had health problems since birth and was attending a special school for the full day and at night he came home; while the youngest daughter, Nicoleta 9 years old, was in an orphanage in a neighboring town, since being widowed and unemployed she could not keep her and institutionalized the little girl shortly after the death of her husband, with great reluctance, but with no other alternative. She told us almost in tears that the girl, being now grown and more aware, was asking to come back home; breaking her mother’s heart, who had reduced her visits to the institute in order to not suffer from parting every time she went to visit her. We thus proposed the sponsorship program, emphasizing that we could support the child if she returned home and attend school so to prepare for the future. Her response was positive, enthusiastic and full of gratitude, so we helped her to work on the papers to release the child from the institution and before long Nicoleta finally returned to her poor home; but happily reunited with what remained of her family. For over 10 years our aid program has enabled her to grow healthy, to socialize, to study and receive a proper education; now Miss Nicoleta is planning her future… THANKS to someone who had the selfless desire to make a small sacrifice on behalf of a child who needed a hand in difficult time. Each of us can change at least a part of the world!

Marcelle 

Marcelle is one of several sons of Galia; that unexpectedly  became a widow and was left with all the children still small, she saw her  world collapse with all the mouths to feed and keeping everyone in school. The social workers advised her to institutionalize the children considering the poor economic conditions in which she was; but Gallia was confident and fought against all adversities to keep the children with her. Since we are in contact with social workers due to our humanitarian projects, they told us about her case and we offered her our sponsorship program for the children. For over 10 years, Thanks to the help of the project to sponsor a child, there has been great improvement with the economic stability and the children were allowed to continue in their studies, to be cared for and grow decently; and now some of them are teenagers and also promising musicians, as music is their great passion. It‘s very nice to see improved lives as results of what small sacrifices do. Every life is a precious treasure!

You can start sponsoring a child right now with a Credit Card indicating so in the payment details, depositing the monthly pledge o choosing to help the children of this project with occasional donations. We recommend to submit your info correctly for future communications.

To sponsor a child, 30 Euros monthly allow the child to have a better nutrition & be enroll in a scholastic education; for children with greater needs we suggest 50 Euros to provide additional medical treatments, clothing, etc.

Upon receiving the donation we will get in contact to provide the data, photo & family history of the child.
